Monitor network performance, servers, and applications
To provide SLA weekly, monthly or as required by customers and management
Identify, diagnose, and resolve network and system issues to ensure uptime and reliability
Respond to alerts, incidents, and outages in a timely manner
Escalate complex issues to appropriate teams and follow up on resolutions
Perform routine network maintenance, system updates, and configuration changes
Document incidents, resolutions, and network performance trends
Collaborate with IT teams to enhance system performance
To assist in deployment and maintenance support for clients and internal teams as required
Ensure compliance with network security policies and best practices
Requirements:
Diploma/ Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Preferably with IT background and familiar with NOC procedures and escalations procedures.
Knowledge of network and system is an added advantage
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Able to work in a 24/7 shift-based environment.
Certifications such as CCNA, CCNP, or equivalent are a plus.
