Our Opportunity!

The Network Program Director assumes the role of Contract Fulfillment Responsible (CFR) for Network opportunities to ensure continuity and alignment of contract terms defined during pre-sales through the program delivery and customer acceptance. One can also take on the longer-term role of Program CFR to deliver one or many, complete or partial, opportunities in a Program for the duration of its lifecycle and perform the role of FAS Sponsor from the creation of the fulfillment assignment (FAS) to closure.

This role is open for India, Thailand and Malaysia

You will !

• Responsible for defining the Network contract execution strategy and associated risk exposure for a specific opportunity
• Along with the other Core 3 members, debrief on the key opportunity information to the Program CFR and FAS Execution Accountable, plus handover necessary pre-sales documents concerning the specific opportunity
• Monitor all contractual obligations are fulfilled by Ericsson and the customer for the specific opportunity
• Support the Program CFR to analyze legal impacts including E+OHS and Security issues associated with the engagement
• Manage contract changes and/or amendments during the entire contract lifecycle concerning the specific opportunity
• Identify and drive potential Sales opportunities / add-on sales for the Network contract related to the specific opportunity

To be successful in the role:

• Candidate should have knowledge about Ericsson NEO business, rollout processes (XLPM, NRO, NDT), stakeholders (Customer, CU, Market Area Service Lines, Managed Services, Supply, Sourcing, external partners) in the ecosystem. Knowledge of product portfolio is an advantage.
• Candidate will be a business leader with entrepreneurial and commercial thinking - responsible for end-to-end NEO business comprising of ongoing engagements as well as identification of new opportunities.
• Should be capable of playing the role of Program CFR for his/her deliveries, with ability to contribute to pre-sales activities as well.
• For the assigned circle(s), (s)he will be responsible for customer engagement and satisfaction at CxO levels, independently, and also meeting E/// internal objectives.
• Will be accountable for financial performance of his/her projects - Revenue, Margins, management of projects and financials in Global Chronos
• Compliance to companys objectives - Project governance, XLPM cycle, Cost controls, Productivity, Planning, Lead time, Target Zero, CPPM controls.
• Inclination towards Digitalization ambition of Ericsson and the unit - use of Ericsson tools, automations, identification of opportunities for efficiencies.
• Mandatory soft skills - Effective verbal and written communication, people leadership abilities in a matrix work environment with reporting of senior team members, decision making abilities, assertiveness.
