Job Summary:

Responsible for supporting the network and security operation of client\'s network. He / She will also involve in new network security project implementation. The candidate must possess hands-on experience in network security domain which include network firewall, switches and network tools.

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Provide operation support and project implementation for network security firewall and switches which include Cisco, Fortinet, Juniper, Huawei or Palo Alto Network firewall
• Incident management - Provide support to all network incidents and resolve the incidents at the shortest time possible in order to meet the agreed service levels with business
• Change Management - Assess all service and change requests for production implementation while ensuring confidentiality and integrity of information.
• Availability and Performance Management - Proactive monitoring network firewall infrastructure services availability, performance, events and alerts in order to meet or exceed the agreed service levels with business
• Provide technical consultation services with regards to design, architecture and operations of new/existing systems from network infrastructure perspective.
• Capacity and Usage Management - Monitor capacity and performance of network infrastructure and propose improvements to maximize system availability.
• Problem Analysis and Tracking - Analysis of trends, events and problems, plan and carry out preventive maintenance to eliminate recurrence.
• Inventory Management and Software License Management - Maintain an up-to-date inventory of networking hardware and software; and its maintenance contracts
• Installation and Configuration Management - Maintenance and management of network firewall installation and configuration standards; including installation and configuration guidelines and procedures while considering security requirements.
• Prepare & update network security documentation and knowledgebase articles from a technical perspective for purpose of troubleshooting and recoverability.
• Maintain an understanding of current vulnerabilities, response and mitigation methodology used to support cyber security operations, and threat hunting
• Develop, maintain, and review Standard Operating Procedures

Requirements:

• Bachelor\'s Degree in IT/ Computer Science/ Network and Security or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years working experience in networking industry providing 24x7 network security operation support services.
• Excellent hands-on experience and knowledge in implementing/supporting security network devices in firewalls (Cisco, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Huawei, Juniper), APT, IPS/IDS, anti-DDOS solution, endpoint security, VPN, 2FA, WAF, Web Proxy and firewall policies analyzer (ie. FortiManager, Panorama, Tufin and etc.)
• Good conceptual and practical understanding of TCP/IP, common network traffic, network protocols, LAN, WAN, and Wireless technologies Security best practises, IT Security framework, IT security incident response and IT Security assessment
• Proficient knowledge in switches (Cisco, Juniper, Huawei) and routers (Cisco) and network services (such as SNMP, NTP, DNS, DHCP, Syslog)
• Ability in developing technical standards and standard operating procedures.
• Practical experience in disaster recovery and high availability environment.
• Strong communication and writing skills in English and able to converse in Cantonese.

Preferred Skills:

• Certifications in security Firewall product such as Cisco, Fortinet, Palo Alto Network and etc will be advantage.
• Knowledge of information security and ITIL processes is preferable.
