Install, manage and support a global enterprise network infrastructure based on Cisco, Meraki, Fortinet, F5 etc. Design, Deploy and configure Cloud Networking components, managing their integration with Datacenters and OnPremise Networks.
Maintain Data Center, Cloud, and Local network infrastructure for all regions: EU, AM, AP, CN.
Ensure high level of network security by monitoring security advisories, implementing software updates, performing periodical security audits and closely cooperating with SEC team to comply with enterprise security standards.
Work on incidents, problems, service and change requests in central ticketing tool (Service Now) according to guidelines and ITIL framework with focus to meet defined SLA targets.
Maintain and develop monitoring and management tools.
Coordinate with application operation teams on planning and execution of processes and updates within the area of responsibility.
Actively propose and implement automations, processes and costs optimizations. Ensure up to date documentation of solutions and changes, KB articles creation and knowledge sharing within the team.
Develop and maintain Terraform modules and configuration for the provisioning and operations of Cloud Networking resources
The Successful Applicant
What You Need to Succeed:
Excellent knowledge of English (written and spoken).
At least 2 years hands on experience focused on large scale network LAN/WAN/Firewall operations and/or design. Networking/Security knowledge - equivalent to Cisco CCNP, Fortinet NSE4,
Knowledge of:
o Cisco product (Catalyst/Nexus Switches, Routers)
o Fortinet Firewalls,
o Infrastructure as Code - Terraform, CloudFormation, Bicep
Availability to work in on-calls work model (especially during weekends) and business travels that might happen (once per 3 months).Soft skills required:
Customer orientation,
Ability to independently analyze and resolve incidents and drive for pragmatic solutions,
Good communication skills and ability to collaborate in international and cross-functional teams,
Flexibility, reliability and showing initiative.Nice to have:
