The position also ensures network services are delivered in line with global standards, compliances and available to SLA expectation.

• Administer the local area networks (LAN), Wi-Fi and Wide Area Network (WAN) at NTT Data Business Solutions sites including configuration, consolidating, hardware upgrades, monitoring performance and logs collection.
• Setup, configure and administer the switches, routers, firewall and VOIP at NTT Data Business Solutions sites including configuration, consolidating, hardware upgrades, monitoring performance and logs collection.
• Design, setup, configure and administer enterprise LAN/WAN switching/outing and wireless environments to ensure safe and smooth network operation in line with approved standards.
• Responsible for providing trend analysis to the Management team to enable them to make informed decisions regarding resource management.
• Monitor and troubleshoot network health, ensuring traffic volumes are within network capacity.
• Ensure that documentation is maintained and kept up to date in line with NTT Data Business Solutions standards and policies.
• Share acquired knowledge with colleagues through formal documentation and communications sessions.
• To carry out any other duties which are within the employee\'s skills and abilities whenever reasonably instructed.
• Always ensure that company Policies, Standards and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) are adhered to.

Convince us with your potential!

• University degree in Information Technology or equivalent.
• Min 4+ years of experience in network engineering and network administration
• Strong TCP/IP networking knowledge and common networking terms as well as knowledge of network cabling.
• Proven experience of maintaining, configuring and troubleshooting enterprise LAN\'s with Cisco switches with strong understanding of its Command Line Protocols (Cisco IOS).
• Proven experience of maintaining, configuring and troubleshooting enterprise Cisco wireless networks. (FlexConnect)
• Proven experience of maintaining, configuring and troubleshooting firewalls (FortiGate preferred), including firewall rules configuration and with strong understanding of its Command Line Protocols (FortiGate CLI).
• Added advantage with the below knowledge:
• Cisco ASA
• Cisco ISE
• BGP
• Fortimanager
• Proven experience/knowledge in Network Security.
• Able to perform physical tasks in network scope inside the office environment.
• Cisco CCNA or equivalent/similar qualification.
• Background experience of working within Cisco & FortiGate environment.
• Relevant industry experience.
• Strong English language - Written and Verbal and experience in international collaboration.
• Willing to work in Cyberjaya, Selangor.
• Able to travel when/if required.
