MAIN ACCOUNTABILITIES \xe2\x80\xa2 To ensure the network services provided to client is always up and running. \xe2\x80\xa2 Ensure incident tickets are responded and updated properly, resolved in a shortest time as possible within the SLA. \xe2\x80\xa2 Provide technical support and services in resolving complex network issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 Notify the management and related parties for high profile issues. \xe2\x80\xa2 To make sure all links and network devices are at optimum performance. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to recommend improvement to meet the latest network standard. \xe2\x80\xa2 Liaise, coordinate and be involved in projects on service improvement and optimization \xe2\x80\xa2 Conducts trainings and knowledge transfer to internal staffs \xe2\x80\xa2 Receive escalation from Tier-1/2 on network outages \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct network audit to ensure maximum network performance/uptime \xe2\x80\xa2 To monitor, manage & generate monthly report from Firewall REQUIREMENTS \xe2\x80\xa2 Possess a Degree or equivalent in Computer Science/Telecommunications/Networking or other related areas. \xe2\x80\xa2 1 to 3 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in network connectivity, network security and wireless network industry. \xe2\x80\xa2 Certified Cisco Network Associate (CCNA) requested, or Brocade / Ruckus certifications. \xe2\x80\xa2 In depth Knowledge of network routing and switching protocol, an initial technical assessment will be conducted. \xe2\x80\xa2 Able to work on standby on-call and over weekend and public holiday if required \xe2\x80\xa2 Proficient in written and oral English and Bahasa Malaysia.
