Network & Systems Engineer

Job Description
Role Purpose: Maintain resilient, secure network and server infrastructure across offices and cloud, enabling smooth connectivity for all K3 brands with clear brand segmentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Operate and improve LAN/WAN/SD-WAN, VPN, and next-gen firewalls
- Manage Windows/Linux servers, AD/Entra ID, and hybrid identity
- Implement zero-trust controls (Conditional Access, MFA)
- Standardize autopilot/Intune device management
- Build secure partner connectivity for Pinnacle's ERP ecosystems
- 5+ years in enterprise networking and systems administration
- Strong firewall (Fortinet/Palo Alto), routing, DNS expertise
- Hands-on Intune/Endpoint Manager and modern device management
- Hybrid AD, identity federation, and access management
- Networking certifications (CCNA or equivalent) preferred
- You MUST be a Malay National
- Success Measures:
- Core network uptime >99.95%; patch compliance >95%
- MTTR <2 hours for P1 infrastructure incidents
- 100% managed devices with Conditional Access + MFA + EDR
RM 90,000 - 120,000 per year + competitive benefits package included
