Responsibilities:
Perform installation, configuration, and troubleshooting of routers, switches, access points, and other networking devices.
Provide on-site support for network-related incidents and service requests.
Conduct rack-and-stack equipment, and complete documentation..
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Network Technician or IT Field Engineer.
Strong understanding of LAN/WAN, Wi-Fi, and basic networking concepts.
Experience with installation of routers, switches, and other network hardware.
Basic knowledge of cabling standards and tools (cable testers, crimping tools, etc.).
Must have the ability to work independently on client sites.
Availability for on-site visits within Kuala Lumpur and surrounding areas.
