Trainer cum Supervisor
Salary range: RM2800-RM3000
:
-To conduct and deliver presentations and training regarding the project internally and externally.
-Train and facilitate training in support of client programs to ensure superior workforce preparation.
-Coordinate & liaise with client for training material, any latest information or changes on product/project.
-Monthly or quarterly review with Managing Director on team performance, individual & organizational training needs.
-Supporting the day-to-day internal operations of the company.
Requirements:
-Diploma/Bachelor's degree in Human Resource, Management, Business Management, Communication, Education or any other related field.
-At least 2-3 years of working experience as a Trainer/Project trainer/Supervisor.
-Must be unemployed for 2 months.
-Must own a Laptop and Wi-Fi.
-Have excellent communication and presentation skills
-Fluent in both oral and written English and Bahasa Malaysia
-Highly presentable with good interpersonal skills and a good team player
-Must possess the ability and willingness to learn, teach and most importantly, to be able to conduct technical training.
