Job Responsibility
- We are looking for energetic, creative, self-motivated individuals who is eager to learn with high commitment to succeed in career.
- Manages e-commerce platforms accounts (i.e.: Zalora, Lazada, Shopee and etc)
- Product uploading and management
- Manage price competitiveness
- Stock and inventory management for e-commerce products (e.g: stock expiry dates, stock quantity, stock replenishment, etc)
- Manage & join campaigns on each sales platform
- Manage customer complaints/return/refund process
- Oversee the order fulfillment for received orders and coordinate with operations team to resolve in case of any issues.
- Attend to customer chats and enquiry provide information and solution
- Maintain social media accounts (Facebook, Instagram, etc).
- Opportunity to be a part of purchasing team in managing retail business
- To perform ad-hoc assignment when required.
- Prepare report, analysis and summary to the management
Job Requirements
- Must possess at least Degree in Marketing/E-commerce/Business Administration or other relevant field.
- Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Candidates with e-commerce experience on online marketplace such as Shopee, or Lazada would be an added advantage.
- Strong written and verbal communication in English.
- Mandarin is compulsory to liaise with oversea suppliers
- Familiar with Microsoft Office - able to use Word, PowerPoint & Excel.
- Working knowledge of Adobe Illustrator & Photoshop is an added advantage
- Should be highly motivated, responsible, detail oriented, aggressive, independent and result-oriented person.
- Proven ability to multi-task.
- Possess own transportation.
