A. JOB PURPOSE:

1. Ensure compliance to the Credit Reporting Agencies Act 2010 and Trade Reference Guideline.

2. Ensure compliance to the requirements of Bank Negara Malaysia.

JOB DESCRIPTION:

1. Conduct compliance audit review to ensure compliance to the relevant regulatory requirements, Company's Policies and Procedures;

2. Preparing monthly audit documents and reports;

3. Provide value added findings, recommendation and areas for improvement to address issues identified during audit activities are monitored and remediated timely;

4. Ensure effective identification, mitigation, monitoring and reporting of regulatory and compliance risks of the Company;

5. Perform any other ad-hoc tasks or duties as required of the Department or instructed by the Head of Risk and Business Compliance.

• Familiar with audit and relevant regulatory requirements;

• Fair understanding of Finance / Accounting and / or Credit Reporting business;

• Good written and communication skills with ability to interact and engage with stakeholders and management;

• Display exemplary conduct and take personal responsibility for embedding the highest standards of ethics;

• Adaptable to change and can be depended upon to complete and manage all assignments conscientiously with minimum supervision;

• Fast learner, proactive, motivated, a team player and able to multi-task;

• Must possess an inquisitive mind, methodical and meticulous;

• Flexible, innovative, resourceful and passionate in his/her work;

• Good communication, business reporting, presentation, problem analysis and resolution skills;

• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Application - Word, Excel and PowerPoint;

• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (verbal & written) and preferably candidate who is fluent in Mandarin.

Possess a Diploma or Degree in Banking/Finance/Economics or related fields.

Qualifications in audit, business compliance or related field will be an added advantage. Minimum 1 year of relevant working experience in the audit, regulatory compliance, financial or related fields.
