• Produce high quality content and clear marketing copy to promote CTOS\' products and services, aligning to strict and robust brand guidelines

• Proofread and edit all marketing collaterals, articles and blog posts before publication

• Research industry-related topics (combining online sources, interviews and studies)

• Write high quality thought-leadership articles related to the industry

• Coordinate with marketing and design teams to illustrate articles

• Identify customers\' needs and gaps in our content and recommend new topics

• Ensure all-around consistency (style, fonts, images and tone)

• Use the appropriate brand \xe2\x80\x9cvoice\xe2\x80\x9d to connect with readers

• Understand the needs of the target audience and use language to inspire confidence in the brand

• Create content for awareness programs, high-level campaigns, product marketing, event materials, internal comms, long-form editorials, and video scripts for customer testimonial and case studies

• Write new content for presentations, slides, emails, web pages, banner ads, direct mail, video scripts, interactive tools, infographics, event assets, factsheets, case studies and FAQs

• Ensure all content and assets are compliance approved and have a consistent voice and message

• Collaborate with subject matter experts across the organization to ensure capabilities, products, and services are presented accurately and consistently

• Help mentor marketing/creative team on campaign concepting, persuasive storytelling and presentation skills, and effective B2B marketing

Desired skills and experience (these would be a plus):

• 5 - 8 years writing high-quality copy and marketing collateral
• Exceptional writing and editorial skills
• Proven experience writing quality multi-channel content and across different types of collateral (PowerPoint slides vs. email vs. scripts vs. factsheets, etc.)
• Ability to deconstruct complex topics into simple, persuasive stories
• Ability to fully absorb and consistently apply brand regulations across all work
• Strong relationship building skills and the ability to collaborate well with internal and external partners
• Ability to thrive in a high-pressure, deadline-driven environment
• Creativity and a keen eye for details
• Familiar with web publication techniques
• Familiar with marketing tools, MS Office or Google Suite
• Good understanding of the latest marketing trends and techniques, especially SEO
• Willingness to multitask and take new initiatives
• B2B and/or B2B2C copywriting and collateral development
• Experience in banking, financial services industry, fintech and/or an institutional sales organization

Complexity:

• This is an individual contributor role without any direct reports
• Candidate is responsible for producing the diverse quality content and collateral described above and generally will work autonomously, subject to feedback from constituents and coaching and guidance from his/her manager
• Working long hours may be required
