• Responsible for the overall operation of the company\'s new media accounts, mastering the push rules and user habits of each platform (TikTok, Facebook, YouTube).
• Responsible for the day-to-day operation and promotion of each account, scripting, planning and effectively increasing the number of fans.
• Have a good grasp of financial and securities news, understand key financial policies and current events, and write creative copy as needed.
• Gather materials, content and event planning that can be used to produce creative content, plan and coordinate online and offline activities, and increase fan engagement and activity.

Job Requirements:

• 5.5 working days.
• Fluent in Mandarin Speaking and Writing.
• Diploma, Degree in New Media Marketing/ Social Media Marketing, or any relevant fields.
• At least 1 year of relevant work experience. We also are open to considering candidates who are new to the workforce and eager to learn and grow with us.
• Experience in operations, familiarity with gameplay and operating rules of each platform, and experience leading a team is a plus.
• Possesses unique insights into the matrix of new media, distribution, engagement, and transformation.
• Can analyse data and provide feedback on operational ideas based on data.
• Have a team spirit, strong sense of responsibility, and ability to handle pressure.
