Our Direct-To-Consumer segment (D2C), is one of our fastest growing product areas in the market, with an abundance of expansion plans and innovative ideas on hand.Training Program Development:

  • Collaborate with department heads and subject matter experts to identify training needs and goals.
  • Design, develop, and customize training programs that address specific skill gaps and organizational requirements.
  • Ensure that training materials are up-to-date, engaging, and aligned with industry best practices.
Training Delivery:
  • Conduct in-person and virtual training sessions, workshops, and seminars for employees at all levels.
  • Foster an interactive and participative learning environment, encouraging employee engagement.
  • Adapt training methods to accommodate various learning styles and preferences.
Training Needs Assessment:
  • Conduct thorough training needs assessments on a regular basis to pinpoint skills and knowledge gaps.
  • Analyze performance data and feedback to continually refine training programs.
  • Collaborate with HR to create individualized development plans for employees.
Content Creation:
  • Develop comprehensive training materials, including presentations, e-learning modules, training manuals, and multimedia resources.
  • Leverage technology and e-learning platforms to enhance training delivery.
Training Administration
  • Manage the administration of training programs, including scheduling, participant registration, and logistics.
  • Maintain accurate training records and documentation, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements
  • Generate reports on training metrics and performance to inform management decisions.
  • Stay up-to-date with HRDC grant schemes and funding opportunities
  • Collaborate with HRDC to apply for and manage grants to support training initiatives
  • Ensure compliance with HRDC grant guidelines and reporting requirements.
Evaluation and Feedback:
  • Establish key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess the impact of training on employee performance.
  • Collect and analyze feedback from trainees and supervisors to gauge training effectiveness.
  • Make data-driven improvements to training programs and delivery methods.
Vendor Management:
  • Identify and evaluate external training providers, negotiate contracts, and oversee the delivery of external training programs.
  • Collaborate with vendors to ensure the alignment of external training with internal objectives.
Budget Management:
  • Develop and manage the training budget, optimizing resources and minimizing costs while maintaining training quality.
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.
  • Proven experience as a Training Executive or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful training program development and delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design.
  • Proficiency in training software and tools.
  • Familiarity with HRDC requirements and procedures
  • Certification in training and development is desirable.
  • Proven experience as a Training Executive or in a similar role, with a strong track record of successful training program development and delivery.
  • In-depth knowledge of training methodologies, adult learning principles, and instructional design.
  • Proficiency in training software and tools.
  • Familiarity with HRDC requirements and procedures
  • Certification in training and development is desirable.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and facilitation skills.
