The SSPD is responsible for developing and implementing the sales roadmap, processes, and all sales KPIs across the organization. Reporting to the CEO, the SSPD is also responsible for enabling and optimizing the Key Account sales team by refining sales processes, creating training programs, analyzing sales data, reviewing pricing, developing reward and recognition programs, and implementing go-to-market strategies for new products and segments. Effective collaboration with the Business Units, Finance, Product, Data & Analytics, IT, and Marketing departments is crucial for the role's success.
