Responsibilities
Explaining to parents or expectant mothers and fathers to be to locate items in a retail store Guiding the best products that will fit expectant mothers and child. Assisting soon-to-be parents in choosing merchandise that fits with their needs and the expected needs of their baby. Welcome customers, greet and introduce our product to customers according to their need. Ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction through high-quality sales service. Provide appropriate demonstration product features.
Sales
Manage the point-of-sale process. Achieve personal and store sales targets and align with Baby shop's objective.
You are a great fit for this role if you:
Enjoys helping expectant mothers and young families according to their needs. Prior work experience in retail/ baby care/nursery will be an added advantage. Enjoy working as a team and celebrate goals together. Good communication skills in Bahasa Melayu, English. Other languages will be an added advantage. Good listener, willing to learn and develop skills, great at working as a team.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: RM2,200.00 - RM2,500.00 per month
Work Location: In person
