Assist in processing invoices, receipts, and payments, and help track accounts payable and accounts receivable.
Support in preparing and maintaining accounting schedules, spreadsheets, and financial reports.
Help with data entry and ensure all accounting records are accurate and up to date.
Assist in reconciling bank statements and other financial documents.
Conduct research and assist in the implementation of E-Invoice processes and compliance.
Requirements:
Currently pursuing a diploma/degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (and Word / PowerPoint) and comfortable working with numbers and data.
Excellent attention to detail
Good written and verbal communication skills.
Working Hours:
10:30 AM - 6:30 PM (Monday to Friday)
