Must have at least 2-3 years experiences
Well versed with current HR practices, local Employment Act/Industrial Act, governmentstatutory requirements
Able to communicate effectively and candidly

Detail oriented, well organized and set high performances standards

Tanggungjawab

Talent acquisition
Handle staff on-board & off-board
Assist for other HR spectrums, which include but not limited to payroll administration, compensation & benefits, training & development
Upkeep employee handbook according to the latest HR policy and in line with HQ guideline
Handle group insurance enrolment/termination and provide guidance on insurance claim submission
Manage outsource employment pass related matters
Provide support in execution of yearly performance review
To perform any other duties assigned
