Key Responsibilities:

Lead the design, development, and execution of performance test plans and test cases using JMeter, LoadRunner, and other performance testing tools. Analyze performance test results, identify bottlenecks, and provide actionable recommendations to optimize application performance. Collaborate with development, QA, and architecture teams to understand application requirements and performance criteria. Develop and maintain performance testing frameworks and scripts to ensure consistency and efficiency. Mentor and guide junior performance testers, providing training and support as needed. Monitor system performance and conduct load, stress, and endurance testing to validate application behavior under various conditions. Document performance testing processes, test results, and performance reports, and present findings to stakeholders. Stay updated with industry trends, tools, and best practices in performance testing.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. 4-7 years of experience in performance testing, with in-depth expertise in JMeter and LoadRunner. Strong understanding of web technologies (HTTP, HTML, REST, etc.) and application performance metrics. Familiarity with scripting languages (e.g., Java, Python) is a plus. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a keen attention to detail. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment. Experience with performance monitoring tools (e.g., Dynatrace, AppDynamics) is a plus. Knowledge of Agile methodologies and software development life cycle (SDLC).
