Legal Assistant
Job Description
s
(1) To handle all general litigation and conveyancing matters
(2) To prepare, vet through and conduct loan documentation from financial institutions and banks
(3) To provide legal advice on all matters relating to corporate and commercial matters (i.e. Business Advisory, Intellectual Property and others).
(4) To draft agreements and assist clients with negotiations to conclude transactions (i.e. Joint Venture, Investment, Shareholder, Venture Capitalist and others)
Qualifications and Requirements
(1) Qualified advocate & solicitor in Malaysia
(2) 3 years and above experience
(3) Knowledge of financial banking is an added advantage
(4) Good communication and interpersonal skills
(5) Able to work independently with minimum supervision and collaboratively
(6) Good command of English, Malay and preferably Mandarin
