Job Title: Part-Time Foundation Manager
Our foundation is currently only project based but eventually would like to go to full time ngo work targeted towards the indigenous. Our main target focus is cultural preservation , health and areas of capacity building. We seek a part time manager to manage existing cultural and health projects but also to expand our areas of focus to eventually a full time position. Timings are flexible with remote work allowed but need to be consistent with reporting and KPIs
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and execute programs and strategies within a part-time schedule to support impactful cultural and healthcare projects for indigenous communities served by Yayasan Kesenian Orang Asli.
2. Identify , cultivate and preserve existing relationships with potential donors, sponsors, and grant-making organizations aligned with the NGO's mission.
3. Research and apply for grants, ensuring alignment with project objectives and deadlines while effectively managing time within the part-time capacity.
4. Plan and coordinate events and campaigns tailored to engage the public and raise awareness about the indigenous identity
5. Collaborate with the leadership team to align fundraising efforts with the organization's mission and strategic goals, emphasizing cultural preservation and healthcare improvement for indigenous peoples.
6. Maintain accurate records of donors, contributions, and fundraising activities using appropriate systems and tools, ensuring transparency and accountability.
7. Develop and implement stewardship strategies to cultivate stakeholder relationships and encourage continued support for Yayasan Kesenian Orang Asli's projects.
8. Stay informed about trends and best practices in fundraising, adapting strategies as necessary to achieve fundraising goals within the part-time schedule.
Requirements:
1. Proven experience in program management or development, preferably in the nonprofit sector.
2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with indigenous and stakeholders.
3. Excellent organizational and time management skills, demonstrating the ability to prioritize tasks effectively within a part-time schedule.
4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with the leadership team to achieve program goals.
5. Work with board of directors to our foundations goals of health and cultyral preservation for the indigenous .
6. Knowledge of fundraising techniques and best practices, including grant writing, donor cultivation, and event planning.
7. Passion for the NGO's mission of driving impactful cultural and healthcare projects for indigenous peoples, with a commitment to making a positive difference in their lives.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: RM40.00 - RM75.00 per hour
