Have no issue to be based in office located at Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya
Able to join on the following date: 12 June 2024
Willing to work on 5 days with 2 days rotational off day basis (including weekend & Public Holiday)
Able to commit working on 9 hours shift basis between 7.30am to 6pm (Mon - Fri) and 8am to 5pm (Sat & Sun)
Able to multitask on a regular basis
Able to handle customer\'s and solve their enquiries in a professional manner.
Tanggungjawab
Able to handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Listen and solve customer\'s enquiries or complaints in a professional manner
Perform any administrative tasks requires by supervisor
Able to transfer incoming calls relating to the relevant department correctly
Ensure all SLA are being met appropriately
Ensure the end-to-end experience for all customers at a high level of customer satisfaction.
Manfaat
Monthly Salary: RM 3000 + Up to RM 200 KPI (Subject to experience and interview performance)
