Job Description
Job Duties & Responsibilities:
Responsible for end-to-end service qualification including but not limited to Traffice QOS Monitoring, Manual Phone testing and Route Adjustment. Capable of performing Fault Analysis and troubleshooting through support portal. Correspond with customer and provide updates in accordance to standard operating procedures. Coordinate with customer to facilitate efficient troubleshooting process.
Job Requirements:
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or Degree in Computer Science or any related field. Able to work in shift mode, 24 x 7 operation (Shift on rotation basis). Strong knowledge in Voice over IP (VoIP), networking, Data Network. Willing to learn a new knowledge, skills and experience.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,800.00 per month
