Key Responsibilities 1. Monitor network devices 24/7 hours and find network exceptions in time (12hours/per shift) 2. Perform troubleshooting procedures such as preprocessing, reporting, verifying, and archiving the discovered network faults ac Key Responsibilities Monitor network devices 24/7 hours and find network exceptions in time (12hours/per shift) Perform troubleshooting procedures such as preprocessing, reporting, verifying, and archiving the discovered network faults according to alarm Classification List. Send orders if the faults are not resolved. Record and collect fault information and initiate trouble ticket request to fault management Escalate TTs to NOC second level support or any other area involved, according to the defined service level According to the daily work requirements of the monitoring room, responsible for the processing of work orders during non-working hours PTN/OTN IPRAN working experience is preferred Key Requirements: Willing to work on shift hours
