Job Description

Responsibilities
1. Monitor and support our CDN and other services to meet Service Level Agreements (SLA\xe2\x80\x99s).
2. Perform support primarily via e-mail and web portals but also some via telephone.
3. Work with internal escalation teams to support resolution of service issues.
4. Record and maintain knowledge collected from each issue in a central location.
5. Perform all work in accordance with company processes. Other duties as required.

Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Diploma/Bachelor\'s Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
2. Open to Malaysian only and available immediately
3. Domain experiences desired: Linux, RHCSA/RHCE, HTML, CCNA, DNS, TCP/IP
4. Required language(s): English written and spoken. Mandarin written and/or spoken is an advantage.
5. Experience working in Network Operations Center (NOC) or related IT support/ analyst for at least 1-5 years.
6. Must be able to work in rotating shifts.
