DescriptionJob Purpose:
- Execute and facilitate all the activities related to account opening and processing ACTL Takaful application form.Principal Accountabilities:
- Managing and execute ACTL and branches for processing account opening and Skim Takaful Tanaman Padi application form promptly and efficiently.
- Plan, manage and execute the daily operations.
- CIF creations and validations for account opening.
- Opens customer accounts and maintains customer records by updating account/CIF information in the system.
- To ensure SOD done before banking operations hour.
- To ensure EOF report validation every.
- Improve and strengthen compliance, governance and any related regulatory requirement.
- Manage and improve department audit rating at moderate rating.
- To ensure no repeated audit finding and operations lapses.
- Coordinating and monitoring the operational standards to ensure branch comply with policies and guidelines.
- Enhancement and improve on new skills related to job functions and responsibilities (self).
- Execute and oversee any ad hoc projects assign by the management.Qualifications:
- Diploma in business or management or related discipline
- At lease 2 years\' experience in branch management/banking operations
