Job Description

1) Role and Responsibilities: \xc2\xb7 Manage transactions with customer using POS system. \xc2\xb7 Scan goods and ensure pricing is accurate. \xc2\xb7 Collect customer payments either in cash or credit card payment. \xc2\xb7 Ensure safety, cleanliness and hygiene at the cashiering area according to standards. \xc2\xb7 Greet customers when leaving the store. \xc2\xb7 Provide excellent service to customers in every way possible. 2) Qualification and Education Requirements: \xc2\xb7 Candidate must possess at least a Primary/Secondary School/ SPM/\xe2\x80\x9dO\xe2\x80\x9d Level, Higher Secondary/ STPM/ \xe2\x80\x9cA\xe2\x80\x9d Level/ Pre-U, any field. \xc2\xb7 No working experience required. If possess experience in hyper or supermarket will be an advantage. 3) Preferred Skills: \xc2\xb7 Fluent in spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. \xc2\xb7 Candidates fluent in mandarin are preferred as the role requires can dealing with mandarin speaking clients. \xc2\xb7 Service-oriented, basic interpersonal & written communication skills. \xc2\xb7 Friendly, helpful and engaging personality. \xc2\xb7 Proactive working attitude, great patience with a pleasant personality and positive service mind-set always. \xc2\xb7 Able to work independently with minimum supervision. \xc2\xb7 Willing to work six (6) days a week on shift, weekend as well as public holiday.
