Required at least a qualification of SPM or Above
Proficient in Mandarin and English is a must
Have no issue to be based in office located in Ara Damansara, Petaling Jaya
Willing to work on 5 days with 2 days rotational off day basis (including weekend & public holiday)
Able to commit working on 9 hours shift basis between 7:30 to 6pm (Mon-Fri) and 8am to 5pm (Sat & Sun)
Able to multitask on regular basis
Able to handle customer\'s and solve their enquiries in a professional manner.
Able to join on the following date : 1st March 2024

Tanggungjawab

Able to handle inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Listen and solve customer\'s enquiries or complaints in a professional manner
Perform any administrative tasks requires by supervisor
Able to transfer incoming calls relating to the relevant department correctly
Ensure all SLA are being met appropriately
Ensure the end-to-end experience for all customers at a high level of customer satisfaction.
