As an

Intern - QC Inspector

, you will support our

QA/QC team

in incoming, in-process and outgoing material inspections, technical drawing numbering/report preparation, ISO 9001 documentation, and related administrative tasks.

Job Responsibilities:

Perform incoming inspection

of raw materials/components and

record the inspection results.

Support in-process inspections

during manufacturing to

monitor quality status

and

identify non-conformities.

Conduct outgoing/final product inspection

before shipment to ensure compliance with specification.

Assist in preparing technical drawing numbering

, revision control, and corresponding inspection reports.

Support the maintenance of ISO 9001 documentation

: filing, updating QMS records, issuing inspection check sheets, managing non-conformance reports (NCRs) archive.

Provide general administrative support

for the QA/QC department: data entry, report generation, assisting audits, etc.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams

to ensure seamless production workflows.

Requirements:

Currently pursuing or completed a

certificate/diploma in Manufacturing / Mechanical / Quality Engineering / Physics

or relevant courses. Basic experience and knowledge in

measuring equipment & methodology

Hands-on attitude

with the ability to learn quickly and work independently. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Internship allowance provided: RM 750 to RM1,000 per month

Shift allowance (for afternoon shift) provided: RM20 per day

Location: Kota Damansara

Able to work in shifts if required:

Normal Shift: 8.30 AM to 6PM

Morning Shift: 7AM to 4PM

Afternoon Shift: 3PM to 12AM

Pay: RM750.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
