Role : NPI Engineer
Role Purpose : Responsible to NPI engineer, BOM create and maintenance, documentation management of all of program NPI/ECN, customer audit support
Industry : Plastic injection molding
Work location : LarkinJob Responsibilities :-Create BOM and maintain BOM update in ERP system
-Support Program NPI process, liaise with PE to follow up and close systematically.-Support Program ECN to update BOM and DCC latest drawing from customer.-Support Operation to update BOM actual usage as guideline of production.-Support Program document control. Make sure DCC all documentation from customer.-Maintenance Gate Review system, liaise with Program Engineer and other function to follow proper NPI procedure.-Support customer audit, to present dept management documentation.-Owner for Program dept Share folders. Make sure documentation with proper management.-Any other adhoc task which require time by time.Job Requirements :-Able to communicate in Bahasa Malaysia & English fluently (oral & written).-Required skill: Microsoft-Knowledge: Mechanical drawings, CAD/CAM, BOM, ERP system, program management, QC tools, IATF16949, APQP, FMEA, CP, FAI, Cp/Cpk, 4M, NPI.-Good communication skills internally and externally (co-workers, customer)-Bachelorxe2x80x99s degree or equivalent or professional cert in mechanical/electrical/manufacturing.-Experience fabrication or manufacturing sector.
