Job Description

Designing, inspecting, testing, and updating electronic systems, components, equipment, and software. Liaising with engineers, other professionals, as well as clients to ensure quality projects are completed to specifications. Ensuring all equipment and products meet health and safety regulations. Developing effective maintenance, testing, and quality control procedures. Monitoring processes, systems, and staff, and punctually identifying problems. Writing specifications, instructions, and reports, and handling other required administrative duties. Drawing up drawings, schematics, and models using computer design software such as CAD. Preparing cost estimates and budget analyses for both management and customers. Running effective testing and diagnostics that lead to measured product improvements, such as safer interfaces or improved functionality. Providing progress reports and analytics to management. Any other tasks assigned by the superior.

Competencies required (knowledge, skills, abilities, and others)

Microsoft Office Proficiency: Knowledge of Word, Excel, and PowerPoint aids in creating and managing project report. Technical document (drawing, datasheet, schematic, MSA, etc.) interpretation Measurement equipment - CMM, smartscope, oscilloscope, caliper, etc. Engineering software - Minitab, SolidWork, etc Public Speaking: You should be comfortable speaking in front of groups, large or small. Presentation Skills: Your ability to organize and present information clearly is essential. Communication Skills: Mastery of verbal and written communication ensures you can convey complex information understandably. Technical Skills: Ability to interpret technical document and using measurement equipment is essential. Organizational Skills: Your ability to coordinate resources is essential for effective project progress.

Requirements:

Degree Holder in engineering or equivalent Min 1 year of experience in EMS industry

Required Mandarin-speaking candidates to handle China's customers.

Highly proficient in using tools such as MS Excel, PowerPoint, Word, SolidWork Experience in effectively working in an international, multi-cultural and fast-paced business environment. Experience in hands-on approach to designing and implementing technical data to design a robust process and product

Pay: RM3,200.00 - RM3,800.00 per month
