Such a support must be end-to-end across the Sales Cycle, from the identification and qualification of an opportunity until the First-off application is completed, and that is why we are building the team in the region. What you will learn and contribute to: Your skills and experience: The APAC Optics NPI Team\'s objective is to establish and accomplish tasks that are related to either project completions or pre-sales opportunities. In particular, the 1830 PSS and the related Network Management System (NFM-T) and network automation services are covered as new products, technologies, and solutions in the Nokia Optics portfolio. Are you passionate about solving problems As part of our team, you will: New Product introduction to customer and integration, close team work with pre-sales and business development team Customer Relationship Management, for the technical solution, close team work with PM Lead, plan and organize technical activities involving internal and external stakeholders Provide technical expertise for product introduction, testing, integration, upgrade/retrofit and acceptance Prepare and deliver progress reports, customized documents/presentations for technical activities and clarifications of critical issues Stakeholder management and communication. Establish a solid relationship with different BG/BU TPMs, PLMs and R&D teams. Ensures that the project is delivered on time and meets all quality\'s KPIs Completes the project closure and handover as required Supporting internal project meetings to ensure all project technical commitments are on track and facilitate information exchange across to the different teams and stakeholders Providing regular executive and working level status reports to communicate the progress of the project You have: Bachelor\'s degree or higher in Computer Science and/or equivalent work experience in Telecommunications engineering discipline ) and 10+ years of network integration, technical support with optical network technologies. Experience in Optical Transmission equipment, preferably on Nokia transport product line (DWDM/OTN-PSS) Expertise in various Optical domains like DWDM, OTN technologies like GMPLS/GMRE etc Ability to work via own initiative, you have to be self-motivated with flexible, positive, and creative attitude. Also, you should have a strong communication, documentation, collaboration, and interpersonal & Team Skills. 10-15 years\' experience in Transport networks It would be nice if you also had: Experience in DWDM system design, architecture, and testing. Familiarity with other test automation and scripting software. Hands-on experience including design, build, deploy, troubleshooting and fault-finding. Familliarity with unrepated and repaeted subsea system. Additional Information
