Support NPI Engineers in building and testing prototypes and pre-production units.
Support all NPI-related injection molding activities including mold trials, process development, and validation (IQ, OQ, PQ).Collect and document test data, troubleshoot issues, and report findings to engineering.
Setup and operate injection molding machines and auxiliary equipment for new tool sampling and validation.
Conduct mold and process troubleshooting; provide feedback for design or process improvements.
Develop and maintain molding parameters, injection scientific report, and validation documentation.
Train production technicians and operators on new processes and tools.
Ensure all work is performed in accordance with quality and safety standards.
Monitor and report progress of sample runs and pilot builds.
Ensure compliance with ISO standards, safety, and 5S practices.
