Position Title: NPI/Program Manager
Tenure: Permanent
Remuneration: RM10,000-RM15,000

• Review new programs, special requirements and production capabilities

• Conduct meetings, work with other teams for new product / process development

• Evaluate vendor capabilities, negotiate cost for sample and manufacturing support

• Lead supplier development / quality improvement for new products

• Work closely with other departments / vendors on manufacturing capability, capacity, quality assurance, new processes

• Liaise with customer on manufacturing capabilities, processes, specifications, prepare DFM

• Ensure samples, customer trial build delivery are on schedule

• Prepare production quantity for proto and evaluation builds until mass production

• Prepare manufacturing cost estimates of new products, capital investments, resources and other requirements to make the program successful
