Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Assist patients throughout their infertility journey with empathy and professionalism. Obtain detailed medical histories, review records, and perform relevant physical examinations. Collaborate with physicians to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Prepare and monitor patients undergoing IVF and related procedures. Dispense medications and medical products based on prescriptions, ensuring proper documentation. Maintain the cleanliness and functionality of the medication and procedure areas. Assist in ART procedures such as Oocyte Pick Up (OPU), Embryo Transfer (ET), IUI, and surgical sperm extraction. Monitor and manage medication and consumable stock levels. Provide patient education and counseling throughout the fertility process. Mentor and guide new nursing trainees. Uphold high standards of safety, ethics, and patient care.

Requirements

Diploma in Nursing or higher qualification. Registered Nurse (SRN) with the

Malaysian Nursing Board

. 2-3 years of relevant nursing experience (fertility experience is an advantage). Self-motivated, patient-oriented, and proactive. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a friendly disposition.

Pay: RM2,400.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
