To learn more about Convatec, please visit http://www.convatecgroup.comPosition OverviewThe Nurse Educator will be a hybrid role that comprise of patient education on ostomy management and generating demand for Convatec\xe2\x80\x99s product which is sold by 3rd Party Distributor\xe2\x80\x99s 3PL. Additionally, this role will be responsible to create and deliver education programs, spearhead projects and activities related to customer retention programs and assisting to conduct product related casestudies.Principal ResponsibilitiesConducting ostomy teaching to patients and caregivers in the usage of our ostomy productsConducting trouble-shooting sessions for patients with ostomy complications when the need arisesBe able to recommend the right ostomy and wound products that best suit patients\xe2\x80\x99 needsDevelop and maintain account management plans to drive growth strategies for key accounts; monitor sales progress and identify opportunities across accountsWork collaboratively with the Business manager and Sales Team to provide support in education programs for HCP and sales activities for both ostomy and wound care franchise, e.g., blitz programWork closely with the Convatec\xe2\x80\x99s Customer Service Personnel in providing excellent after-sales service to patients, and facilitate the running of Convatec Membership Program / Rewards Program to ensure customer retentionSupport the hospitals\xe2\x80\x99 ET nurse in their Colorectal Cancer Support Group meetings / activities in targeted hospitalsWork closely with KOLs to assist in monitoring product related case-studies especially for the purpose of new product listing in the hospitalsQualifications and ExperienceThe successful candidate must hold a nursing degree or diploma, and have clinical experiencePrevious experience as a Clinical Educator / Trainer within the medical device or healthcare industry will be an added advantageExcellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to build strong business relationships with health care professionalsPossess good presentation skillsIs customer-oriented, and committed to providing high standard of serviceIs motivated, and able to work independentlyPossess excellent organizational and planning skills in the implementation of educational programsAbility to adapt to a busy and constantly evolving environmentAbility to follow issues through completionCommitted to a high standard of excellence which includes working professionally and ethicallyOur ambitions will bring the very best out in you.
