Requirements

Possess a Bachelor's Degree in Nursing or a related field. Demonstrate strong medical knowledge and understanding of healthcare practices. Exhibit proficiency in patient assessment, including vital signs measurement and health history collection. Ability to analyze patient data and identify potential health issues. Possess excellent problem-solving skills to address patient needs effectively. Communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbally and in writing. Willingness to work full-time at the Kajang location. Adaptable to Ibnu Sina Wellness's natural treatment approach based on the Science of Tawhid. Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment. Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.

Responsibility

Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review, physical examinations, and vital sign measurements, to identify health concerns and develop individualized care plans. Administer medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians, adhering to established protocols and ensuring patient safety. Monitor patient progress, document observations accurately and timely in electronic health records, and communicate any changes or concerns to the healthcare team. Collaborate with doctors, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure holistic treatment approaches. Provide education and support to patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies to promote wellness and adherence to care plans. Participate in quality improvement initiatives, such as audits and data analysis, to identify areas for improvement and enhance patient outcomes. Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff, adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines. Assist in training and mentoring junior nurses and other healthcare staff to promote professional development and ensure competency in clinical skills.
