Kelayakan

• Minimum 3 years of nursing experience, preferably within wellness, rehabilitation, or integrative healthcare environments.
• Diploma in Nursing or related field.
• Demonstrate strong medical knowledge and understanding of healthcare practices.
• Exhibit proficiency in patient assessment, including vital signs measurement and health history collection.
• Ability to analyze patient data and identify potential health issues.
• Possess excellent problem-solving skills to address patient needs effectively.
• Communicate effectively in both English and Bahasa Malaysia, both verbally and in writing.
• Willingness to work full-time at the Kajang location.
• Adaptable to Ibnu Sina Wellness's natural treatment approach based on the Science of Tawhid.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.
• Commitment to providing compassionate and patient-centered care.

Tanggungjawab

• Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history review, physical examinations, and vital sign measurements, to identify health concerns and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed by physicians, adhering to established protocols and ensuring patient safety.
• Monitor patient progress, document observations accurately and timely in electronic health records, and communicate any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
• Collaborate with doctors, physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate patient care and ensure holistic treatment approaches.
• Provide education and support to patients and their families on health conditions, treatment options, and self-care strategies to promote wellness and adherence to care plans.
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives, such as audits and data analysis, to identify areas for improvement and enhance patient outcomes.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment for patients and staff, adhering to infection control protocols and safety guidelines.
• Assist in training and mentoring junior nurses and other healthcare staff to promote professional development and ensure competency in clinical skills.
