- Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or web chats from healthcare professionals, consumers, and patients handling adverse events, product quality complaints and patient education
- Monitoring patient's condition and assessing their needs to provide the best possible care and advice.
- Provide in-depth information and specific product prescribing information, clinical studies, and medical letters.
- Clinic nurses contribute to successful long- and short-term treatment through careful observation of patients on initial and follow-up visits. They may take note of changes in a patient's overall health, recovery progression, and reactions to treatment, updating patient records to reflect new information. Clinic nurses also report any problems or potential issues that they observe directly to doctors.
- Minimally a Diploma in Nursing.
- Valid nursing APC.
- Ability to speak and read Mandarin would be highly preferable.
- Able to work on rotational shift basis (24/7).
- Basic Salary: RM5,000 - RM5,500
