- Conduct thorough assessments of patients before, during, and after dialysis sessions included monitor and document vital sign, fluid balance and any complication or patient complain.
- Perform hemodialysis procedures according to established protocols including set up and operate dialysis machines, ensuring proper functioning and safety.
- Performing education to patient and relative regarding dialysis process including dialysis process, benefits and long complication (medication management, dietary restrictions, lifestyle modification)
- Performing routine inspections and clinic audits and provide training improvement plan.
- Effective work collaboration with nephrologists, dietitians, social workers, and other healthcare professionals.
- Promptly respond and effectively to emergencies, such as access site complications or cardiac events, during dialysis sessions and implement appropriate interventions to stabilize the patient and collaborate with the healthcare team for further assistance.
- Preparing and implementing quality assurance policies and procedures.
- Oversee the clinical trainer's training quality and competency and, if necessary, o?er an improvement plan.
