We're Hiring: Staff Nurse (Dialysis Centre)

Location: Semenanjung Industry: Healthcare & Medical Employment Type: Permanent Salary: RM2,300 - RM3,400 per month

Key Responsibilities

As a Dialysis Staff Nurse, you will be responsible for:

Providing direct patient care, including monitoring vital signs. Performing dialysis treatment from initiation to completion in accordance with SOPs. Conducting physical assessments and documenting patient conditions and treatments. Collecting and recording laboratory samples as ordered by physicians. Monitoring patients' physical and mental conditions and identifying complications early. Reviewing lab results and escalating concerns to doctors when necessary. Reporting emergencies or life-threatening situations to supervisors and management. Educating patients and family members on renal disease, dialysis treatment, and care plans. Preparing and implementing dialysis care plans based on physician orders. Delivering patient care with professionalism, empathy, and respect.

Minimum Requirements

Registered Nurse (RN) with the Malaysia Nursing Board (LJM) Valid Annual Practising Certificate (APC) Post-Basic Nephrology / Dialysis qualification (recognized) Basic to intermediate computer skills (Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
