Key Responsibilities:
Lead and supervise nursery staff, ensuring consistent, high-quality care for newborns and mothers.
Address guest complaints with professionalism and provide effective solutions.
Oversee all daily operations, ensuring adherence to protocols and safety standards.
Conduct workshops and presentations for clients on postpartum care.
Foster strong leadership skills within the team, promoting growth and collaboration among staff.
Plot weekly rostering to ensure adequate staffing and seamless operations.
Maintain regular communication with management, providing reports and updates on center activities.
Requirements:
Valid Annual Practicing Certificate (APC)
Strong leadership skills
with the ability to guide and support the team.
Effective problem-solving abilities
to address guest concerns professionally.
Multitasking and organizational skills for daily operational management.
Bilingual proficiency in English and Malay, Mandarin would be a bonus.
