Job Description


Position: Practitioner / Nursery Teacher Requirements:

  • Candidate must be Malaysian or be legally allowed to work in Malaysia.
  • Must possess KAP (Sijil Kursus Asuhan PERMATA) or Diploma/Degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent.
  • Able to communicate fluently in English.
  • Early Years Foundation Stage (U.K.) knowledge helpful.
  • Excellent communication, organisation, time management and problem-solving skills.
  • Flexible and openminded to changes.
  • Excellent working behaviour and classroom skills.
  • Enjoy teaching and willing to learn and is a team player.
  • Experienced in handling small children.
:
  • Plan, prepare, learn, and understand the EYFS curriculum and syllabus and arrange related teaching report.
  • Ensure assigned rooms settings and teaching aids are well maintained.
  • Ensure all materials are updated accordingly, always neat and tidy.
  • Foster a safe and fun learning environment for children with opportunity to develop and fulfil their individual potential.
  • Share in the development and review of the curriculum, teaching materials, method of teaching and assessment in collaboration with team and leads.
  • Motivate children\xe2\x80\x99s learning, encouraging learning experience and interest.
  • Assist with the development of children\xe2\x80\x99s personal /social language skills.
  • Support the development of children\xe2\x80\x99s basic skills, including physical coordination, speech, and communication.
  • Access children\xe2\x80\x99s performances and progress to ensure they are mastering the skill on regular basis.
  • Communicate with parents on children\xe2\x80\x99s development and provide appropriate information to parents with the Lead\xe2\x80\x99s concern.
  • Must have the patience and passion to work with young children/infants.
  • Instruct children, primarily young children, in basic subjects and creative play with aim of developing their social and intellectual skills in an informal way in preparation for future formal learning.
  • Carry out daily routine care with consistency.
  • Provide creative and interactive play and learning experience through conversation.
  • Develop planned schedules for infants\xe2\x80\x99 physical activities, play and rest.
  • Observe, assess, and document each assigned child\xe2\x80\x99s health, skills, and growth development.
Working days/hours:
  • Monday \xe2\x80\x93 Friday
  • 8am-6pm

  • Damansara: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
Education:
  • STM/STPM (Required)

License/Certification:
  • KAP (Preferred)
