The company is a constituent of the FTSE 100 Index (LSE:CTEC).To learn more about Convatec, please visit http://www.convatecgroup.comAs a Nursing Care Advisor, you will be responsible to promote patient education on Ostomy and Wound Care Management into adopting ConvaTecs product for better clinical outcome.Additionally, this hybrid role will also be responsible in creating and delivering education programs, and activities relating to customer retention as well as conducting product related case experience.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct ostomy & wound care teaching and trouble-shooting sessions with patients/caregivers via teleconsultation/live chat and patients visiting Patient Education CentrePatient Care Continuum & Me+ Recovery - Timely response to patient/caregivers (calls/emails/teleconsultation) on clinical related issues and routine follow-up callsRecommending right ostomy and wound products to suit patients needsPatient App management Patients data record & documentationManage Social Welfare/MAKNA/Yayasan/JPA/NGO patientsCoordinate with Nurse Associate for patient home/ward visitWork closely with the Customer Service & Sales Personnel in providing excellent care continuum to patientsSupport the hospitals ET nurses in their Colorectal Cancer Support Group meetings / activities in targeted hospitals.Ensure Patient Education Centre is well maintained and equipped to manage patients visitTo be successful in this role you will have:Nursing degree/diploma, with a minimum of 5 years clinical experienceExperience w/Enterostomal Therapy (ET), i.e. ET nurse is encouraged to applyPrevious experience as a Clinical Educator/Trainer within the medical device or healthcare industry will be an added advantageExcellent communication and interpersonal skills and able to build strong business relationships with health care professionalsGood presentation skills, this role will be heavily involved in patient/nursing education, you will be expected to present in publicCustomer-First mindset and committed to providing high standard of serviceSelf-motivated and able to work independentlyExcellent organizational and planning skills in the implementation of educationalGood knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and Office SuitesOutroOur ambitions will bring the very best out in you.
