1. Responsible to set departmental direction & goals that are demonstrated through administration & supervision of Nursing Service in the Ward / Unit. 2. Set expectation, develop, plans and manage processes to assess and improve on the professional management through clinical, educational and support activities. 3. Support the Quality Management System and endeavor to continually give quality service.
