Leading the nursing department, facilitate teaching and mentoring of nursing staff/ assistant nurse and working closely with the Management to meet Company's direction.
Demonstrate required skills and knowledge of basic principles, strategies, and tools of quality improvement to maintain privileging in the area of assignment.
Manage the services and activities of the Centre including planning, organizing, directing and evaluating the delivery of patient care and the Centre's operational management functions.
Identifying opportunities for improvement within the Centre and develop, lead, implement and participate in quality improvement processes and activities.
Expected to use critical thinking skills to reach objective conclusions. Coverage during emergencies and other unplanned unprecedented occasions.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned by the Management from time to time.
