Job Description

We are looking for a Nutrition Executive - Assistant Manager/Manager to actively educate HCPs on the importance and to provide accurate & scientific information about Adult Nutrition Products and services based on expressed needs in compliance to WHO & Malaysia Codes. (Contract) Responsibilities: Manage and lead a high-performing team, providing guidance, motivation, and support to achieve goals. Assess the total area potential (current & future) of the territory to identify growth opportunities, develop and implement area plans, ensure product availability, and maintain the completeness of the product range. Active recommendation by HCPs of Adult Nutrition Products through providing accurate information about Adult Nutrition products/services/solutions, their features, benefits and their appropriate use within the Adult Nutrition Instructions and policies, WHO Codes of Ethics and all relevant other legislative framework. Develop long term mutually beneficial professional relationships with HCPs and relevant medical decision makers. Display excellent product knowledge by updating key contacts on recent nutrition developments through the dissemination of brand literatures, materials, and/or samples. Be the recognized Trusted Adult Nutrition Solution Provider and Partner by HCPs. Optimum territory coverage and management including prospection and insights gathering and sharing (i.e., competitive intelligence). Maintain an updated area business plan and to review contact classification, master list, and schedule to improve coverage efficiency/productivity. Manage independently territory under challenging/demanding market environments to achieve and exceed goals. To assess the total area potential (current & future) of the territory to identify growth opportunities, develop and implement area plans, ensure product availability and completeness of product range. Identify and build long term strategic relationships and partnerships with KOLs, support staff, and local government units. Creation, implementation, and execution of agreed territory action plan within the allocated budget. To initiate innovative approaches to win contracts and counteract competition to achieve the assigned sales target. Manage projects/tasks and organize medical and scientific activities, such as lectures, workshops, round table discussions, product presentations with medical / paramedical health professionals on topics related to adult nutrition, products, R&D, etc. Attend to product related queries and complaints. To conduct regular market research on competitor activities (stock level & prices), competitive pricing, field strength, and territory coverage, to provide information to improve the promotion of nutrition products. Requirements: Preferably with 2 to 3 years of experience. Bachelor\'s degree in Nutrition, Dietetics, or a related field. Certified Nutritionist or Registered Dietitian certification is an advantage. Experience in detailing nutrition products. Experience in working as a team. Experience in identifying and working with new institutions & HCPs and developing existing relationships. Experience in a highly regulated healthcare environment or pharmaceutical industry would be preferred. Experience in relationship development and management.
