Job Description

A pharmaceutical MNC company is looking for medical / nutrition representative for all medical channels (hospital/ GP/ pharmacies) in different regions (Ipoh/ Johor/ Sabah/Sarawak).

• * Overseeing local key accounts (Hospitals/ GP/pharmacies/ trade channels) for team sales, promotions and campaigns

• Directing and coordinating all sales activities locally and regionally

• Preparing sales budgets and projections and approving expenditures

• Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics * Handling and resolving customer complaints regarding a product or service

• Setting discount rates and determining price schedules

• Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation

• Developing and maintaining relationships with key clients

• Setting sales quotas and goals

• Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team

• Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities

• Defining and executing territory sales plans

• At least 1 year of experience working in pharmaceutical sales

• Managing all medical channels such as hospitals, pharmacies, clinics medical channels

• Have a good understanding of company\'s specific market and to maintain good rapport with key accounts

• Experience in budgeting, planning and executing sales campaigns and overseeing local sales activities.

• Able to travel and cover the assigned areas
