Job Description

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma preferably in Nutrition, Dietetics, Health Care, Health Science or equivalent.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
• Computer literate and detail oriented. Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Additional knowledge/credit in personal care/cosmetics, food and health supplement products will be an advantage
• Previous experience preferably in the retail pharmacy or pharmaceutical industry will be an advantage.
• Solid understanding of local and international regulations related to nutrition and pharmaceutical safety.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Team player with a mature personality and able to work independently under pressure
• Possess initiative and ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Looking for a stable and permanent job
• Must possess own transport
• Required language(s): English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Responsibilities

• Report and assist the superior in completing the daily task as required
• Assist the superior in performing the store audit and prepare the review or records
• Assisting the manager in the execution of new outlet opening
• Provide general administrative and clerical support including mailing, scanning, faxing, copying, and data entry.
• Assist in resolving any operation and administrative problems
• Support the department with administrative tasks such as purchase order processing and supplier communication.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop content that communicates the nutritional benefits of our products to consumers.
• Collaborate with suppliers to ensure accurate and up-to-date nutritional information is obtained.
• Conduct nutritional analysis on existing and potential products to ensure compliance with industry standards and regulations.
