Your new role Communication with clients / follow up on overdue invoices Review customer accounts Debt collection monitoring Alignment / follow-up with client regarding overdue Dispute management Following defined policies and procedures Report periodically or upon request Participation in the continuous improvement process Accurately and timely perform all activities, according to the guidelines received from the Manager What you\'ll need to succeed University/College Degree, preferably in Business & Administration or Finance, Accounting or Economics Very good MS Excel skills Very good command of the English language (both verbal and written) Very good communication and skills Experience in a similar position will be an advantage.
