Global Service Provider looking for O2C Junior Specialist - Collection! Your new company A leading global provider of providing specialised financial and administrative services for their regional clients. Operates in more than 80 countries, a global expert that understands local needs. Provides core services of HR and payroll, accounting and tax, corporate secretarial, international corporate structuring, fund administration and structured finance. They are currently going through massive expansion to cater to the market needs. Your new role Communication with clients / follow up on overdue invoices Review customer accounts Debt collection monitoring Alignment / follow-up with client regarding overdue Dispute management Following defined policies and procedures Report periodically or upon request Participation in the continuous improvement process Accurately and timely perform all activities, according to the guidelines received from the Manager What you\'ll need to succeed University/College Degree, preferably in Business & Administration or Finance, Accounting or Economics Very good MS Excel skills Very good command of the English language (both verbal and written) Very good communication and skills Experience in a similar position will be an advantage.
